BirdKit.com accepts Visa and Mastercard via the secure online store. If you do not have a credit card, you may use the online shopping cart to determine the correct shipping and handling fees, and then send a check or money order.

School Orders

School purchase orders can be mailed to the address above. Purchase orders cannot be sent by fax, but the purchase order can be scanned and sent by e-mail. The invoice will be sent along with your model kits and must be given to the school office to be paid within thirty days.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped by US Postal Service. Most orders are under 13 ounces and go by First Class Mail. This should take 2-5 days, depending on your location. Large orders may take longer to arrive. We do not provide overnight shipping, tracking, or an e-mail saying when your order has been shipped. If you have a school project coming up, please order well in advance so you will have enough time to build the kits and learn to fly them correctly.

International Orders

We will ship to any country. For credit card orders outside the US, we will only ship to the credit card billing address. When you receive your order, you may be charged a customs fee, subject to the laws of your country. Shipping may take 1-2 weeks and sometimes longer. In some cases, our security measures may result in the false rejection of a valid credit card. You will need to contact by e-mail to arrange another method of payment.

Return Policy

Within 30 days, defective products may be returned for repair, replacement, or refund at our option. Buyer pays return shipping. Items damaged in a crash or by user error are not covered under warranty.
